Headlights refurbed today (Pics)

Wait till you split them in the oven and do the insides.

Just done a spare set using varying grades of wet n dry, then a machine polish with jewellers rouge, then spray the inserts.

They look better than new.

Yours are vastly improved, although they will need doing again frequently. I would compound them at every wash.

isnt that what hes done???? does improve the looks so much!!! well done!

What temp was your oven at & how long did you leave them in?

 

Also do you need special paint for inside the lights.

 

Sorry i've searched for a how to guide as i thought i had read one before but cant find any.

 

100 deg C for 5 mins. Just used plastikote primer and paint, 3 layers of each.
