Purity14
If you were honest about it then it isn't fraud. Your Mum having an accident and claiming your insurance is though, and vice versa. It can get a bit ropey when all that happens so most tend to not allow it. I took some insurance out recently, and in ther terms and conditions it said that if the Vehicle in question has insurance elsewhere, they will not pay out. If the other policy had the same terms and conditions, I can see there being quite a problem.

Supra N_A
You cannot just insure any car, it depends on if there is an insurable interest. Also if sky see your posts i suspect they may cancel your policy anyway as you are trying to still insure a car you do not have. i am not trying to insure a car i do not have thats why i am waiting till november to insure my new car simples sky reccomnded me to do this so balls to them canceling my account
