Paul
Probably with Parcelforce, phone up their customer services and give them the tracking number. I had something come in from the States last week, it had been 'in customs' for about a week, no trace of it on the P/force site but when i phoned they said they had it and did i want to pay duty, I paid it with a credit card and they released it and delivered the next day. Wait for the shock with duty and even Parcelforce put on an admin fee

They would eventually send you a letter with the charges but paying over the phone speeds it up
