Jay_vr6
I brought that kit, the quality was not great, the twin o-ring on the oil filter adaptor is a nightmare (when mine was delivered the o-rings were all mishapen), the oil filter wouldn't screw onto the adaptor either. I ended up sending it back and it took ages and plenty of complaints via paypal not sur eif mine was a one off but i'd not buy that one again. supraTTger
ok, but you have to make the adaptor by your own, as you have to throw out the complete oem oil cooling shit. what about the other parts like lines and the filter core, are they ok? Terminator
With something as important as the oil system, you are better off going for tried and tested well known brand. Given the horror story above, you would have to be pretty stupid to proceed with a purchase.
supraTTger
there are some good quality no name brands out there, which i want to find what are well known brands except the greddy kit?
Tricky-Ricky
They have no idea what the hose sizes are as they are labelled wrong, -8 is actually 1/2" i wouldn't go under -10 = 5/8" and -12 =3/4" being preferable on the Supra. Try Apex, i got a very well put together Mocal kit with braided hoses for £120.

I could have lost my life when one of my oil cooler pipes blew, causing the engine to seize and my car to spin (full story HERE). I would only buy quality branded cooler kit, no way would I buy cheap ebay cr*p.

Nic
ok, so even top brands could fail Yes the kit I fitted was the cheapest GReddy sell, one of the fittings failed. I replaced it with an HKS kit which was a lot more expensive but much better quality and lasted over 7 years without problem. What ever kit you fit make sure the pipes and fittings are good quality. HKS is one but expensive, but worth it. You could go to Mocal, Speedflow or may other companies that will supply top qualty branded parts. I got all of my fittings from Speedflow, who have been providing parts for drag and race cars for years. They have earned and built a reputation of selling quality stuff that works. Any half wit can create an ebay seller account, sell shit and vanish.
