Basically the HKS stuff usually requires some sort of hardware/software security key, this is obviously not legit, but if you want to spend the money on it, do so. Basically the HKS stuff usually requires some sort of hardware/software security key, this is obviously not legit, but if you want to spend the money on it, do so. Exactly, it won't be legit However, as long as the HKS software isn't used it's not going to breach any license issue.
