SupraStar 3000
noticed on the way to work the orange warning light came on when braking hard. Seemed to only happen during the first 15 minutes of the journey to work. I assume the brake fluid is low (will check later) but could it be anything else. thanks. Kirk
Brake pads I'm saying seeming its only happening under braking
Digsy
When the brake fluid gets anywhere near being under the MIN mark any sloppage around in the resevoir (i.e when you accelerate, corner hard or brake) causes the warning light to come on. However the low level might be caused by the pads being worn down, so check both.
SupraStar 3000
thanks guys - Nice to have some reassurance. I'm sure its just brake fluid as its seems to disappear after sloshing around awhile - also changed the pads myself not long ago. I'll take a look tonight. Ark
I sometimes get this on trackdays - the pads wear down during the day so the fluid level drops in the reservoir. A quick top up fixes it.

SupraStar 3000
It didn't seem to come on during the drive home but I've toped up with some DOT 5.1 ,.. although the electric plug that reads the level seemed very loose and clicked back into place when pushed, so I suspect that to be the culprit Fingers crossed
