Im absolutely bloody pissed off! Just got back from a pretty decent weekend to be told that all my tools have been nabbed out of the shed, worst thing is the house has been occupied all weekend so it must of happened sometime over night. Must of been over £500 worth of tools nicked and another couple hundred in powertools!

I have been planning to fix up my old celica and sell it on but its bloody hard to do that with half a spanner set and some WD40, i just aint that good yet!

Oh and my projector bulb blew this morning aswell and thats a £200 replacement bringing the estimated total of this horrendous day to about a grand, and just a month before im off on holiday :banghead:

That is awful. Hope the police find these scumbags and you manage to get your tools back.

Honestly, no chance of it, a couple years back we had 2 bikes and two cars stolen and they couldnt do anything then, the chance of them being able to do anything for this in comparison doesnt look very good

Sorry mate.. Just before last xmas The cnuts ripped the doors off our workshop and took about 3k worth of tools..(that's my living) The place is now like fort knox but I'm still recovering.. hope the people who did it meet a nasty death..

Yeah you and me both, thankfully mine wasnt quite that much, but id amassed quite a decent collection of tools over the years, id estimate about £600 worth of stuff they took....strangely though they nabbed my beat up old pillar drill worth about £30 but left a makita branded tool bag with an impact wrench and combi drill in worth a couple hundred...guess thats just lucky for me though!

Become a vigilante, go out, kick some ass and get some answers as to where your property is, just don't get caught!

I wish, but wouldnt even know where to start on this one, absolutely no idea who would of done it...well except someone who had seen me on my drive with the load of tools sometime in te past months

They left the spray guns I'd just bought at 280 each so that was a result.. Just goes to show they did not know what to take..not that it makes me feel any better.

If anything it makes ya feel worse, chances are tat what they have stolen is gonna get sold off for next to nothing or tossed away.

Most of my neighbours are at deaths door, most likly to be some of teh grotty kinds on bikes that constantly ride up my road into the forest, that or the idiotic scrambler riders that go up there despite always getting into shit with the police

If the Police find their arse with both hands, I'll pay for your replacements.....;)

Sounds like you've had a bad day Razak, can I suggest a Lemsip based remedy?

Does your house insurance cover it? Mine covers my shed. Its not the point but at least it wouldn't be you paying out.

Well after calling then up they said they would cover it minus the excess so atleast that's good news, was listing it all up at lunch today and came to a smidge under £700, so im very glad its covered!

Ah glad you've had some good luck. Sucks that some tossers have now got your stuff but eh, could be worse.
