Homer
I have a BL 4 inch rear box, but no pipe to connect it to the 2nd cat. Any bright ideas where I could get something made up, or even something off the shelf that might fit? I've mailed BL but have no reply yet, however expect it to be rather expensive... JamieP
I use allround engineering in slough for all my fabrication work (they built my 5" system) i have never given them a car before though, i normally just give them stuff to copy. If you decide to sell it i will be interested as my rear box is bashed up.
Homer
Thanks Jamie, will keep them in mind. Can't imagine it being cheap though! The back box was given to me by Pig so if I do get rid it'd be what I paid for it
tooquicktostop
Speak to Dave at DWservices, he had 2 decat pipes made for me, amazing quality and not too expensive, they were bespoke for the Vette

dandan
If you have the time to get under there yourself and cut it all to length then here a few sources for bits. Could save yourself a whole lot of money and just take it to a competent welder to weld it up after you've trimmed it to size and marked it up. 1) Flange http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-Exhaust-flange-Stainless-Steel-Universal-/260511933311?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3ca7b8a37f 2) Expand to 4" http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-3-stainless-steel-tube-reducer-exhaust-pipe-/220438668241?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item33532b23d1 3) 4" stainless tube http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-101-6mm-T304-Stainless-Steel-Exhaust-tube-PIPE-1m-/370337617320?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5639d795a8 4) Hanger rod https://www.jetex.co.uk/jetex/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=3077 5) A rubber mount https://www.jetex.co.uk/jetex/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=3051 If you have to have a smooth bend anywhere then you could trim this to suit: 6) Bend https://www.jetex.co.uk/jetex/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=3017 And depending on the back box connection (welded or slip fit) you may want one of these: 7) Clamp https://www.jetex.co.uk/jetex/store/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=3026 Edited August 7, 2010 by dandan (see edit history)
Homer
Excellent info Dan, thanks a lot!! that could be a plan. I don't mind doing the cutting and have a very good welder local For info, I just heard back from Zohair at BL, the pipe on it's own is $550 so about £400 delivered. Not as back as I thought, but still quite expensive for a bit of drainpipe

Homer
Thats not bad, do it come with the 2bolt to 4" V band adaptor an all? That's an extra $90 Still, not too bad as the full exhaust plus adpator is over $1k normally
