neo2810
Chaps, if you'll excuse the silly questions... I'm fitting 501 LED's to replace my yellowy parking lights and compliment my HIDs. How do I get access to the existing bulbs to swap? It's raining at the moment so I only had a quick poke but is there an opening for them like the dipped and mains? Where is it if so, underneath? I assume I'll have to take the full headlight out to get access regardless? 2nd question. Fitting a new handbrake handle to replace the worn leather jobbie. I know I'll need to cut away the lace below the handle to free it but I've measured the (Ripspeed) handle I have to fit and it appears to be about 3cm longer than the existing one. Is this a problem, ie: the release button will not sit flush on the release mechanism, or is there a way of adjusting the mechanism to butt against the button if the replacement handle is longer? Supranature
1- remove airbox and access "can" sometimes be gained to the sidelight holder. Its MUCH easier to pull the headlamp forward, or indeed, out. HTH.
