Purity14
I had a cracked alloy once, i got it repaired by two differernt places. Hit a pot hole and it will just crack again, not worth it imo.

Chris Wilson
Bin the wheels, unless you want to pay for a certified welder and post welding X-Ray inspections. I'd want ALL the wheels X-Raying, too, not just the cracked one. Aftermarket rims, cast in construction??

Chris Wilson
If they are OE wheels they certainly should be good quality, if you are not faced with the eternal problem of replacing just one aftermarket, obsolete oddball you are lucky, and can just buy one new one form a Vauxhall dealer Do you know WHY one cracked? Impact damage? If it's "just cracked for no reason" I'd be worried about the others, too.
