So basically you can't answer because you don't have a clue either?

I'm out. I can't be arsed helping people who can't answer basic questions yet mention doing all this work on their car.

Help us to help you bud.

Woo Hoo checked the warning lights for dry joints and guess what we found....

Anyway once that was sorted we managed to get the code of the engine warning light

Turns out it was code 12, crank shaft sensor, new one goin in tomorrow (just hoping the timing belt hasnt damaged)

Cheers guys for all your help, i love this club

just for reference, you did post;

.... cam belts good,

How did you check? did you open the bonnet and go "uhh yeah its okay"? :D

Sounds to me like Cambelt might have slipped or even snapped very lucky if it it just the crank sensor..

Nope, i kicked the tyre and said "uhh yeah its okay" :p

Strangely I believe you. Same check for the fuses and ECU at a guess, hence why you couldn't answer any questions I asked you.

Anyway, glad there is light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing worse than things going wrong with your P&J.
