Ian W
So I put a pizza in the oven that is two days out of date. I have about five minutes to decide whether to eat it or not. What d'you think?

Attero
Eat it! If it's frozen you have nothing to worry about. Food lasts forever when frozen.
Ian W
Not frozen. It's a Pizza Express one (pepperoni if that makes the slightest bit of difference)

Suprash
I keep shit way longer then the packet says, and then still eats it, Im always ok. I swear they only put sell by dates on stuff to make you throw it away and go and buy more.... Im always swearing at the misses to stop throwing stuff out just because a label says you cant eat it. I ask, what the hell did everyone do before sell by dates ? They keep stuff until either you know it will make you ill, or it runs off on its own accord

Josh
Eat it all! 2 days is nothing, I ate some Smokey Bacon crisps which tasted weird and they were 10 months out of date. I finished the pack and nothing bad happened
Scott
Most dates are "Best before" dates nowadays. Other than dairy products you are fairly safe to eat anything up to a week out of date, as long as it is stored correctly. With confectionary I have eaten stuff months out of date, tastes like crap but nothing bad has came of it.
SupraStar 3000
Where's Charlotte, She's normally good with these matters. I say eat it!
colsoop
Depends on the toppings. If its a standard cheese and tomato 2 days is nothing. chicken or fish on the other hand could be a recipe for a bit of projectile (choose which end)

Josh
pretty safe with pepperoni, wouldn't go near it if it had seafood... I wouldn't go near it if it had seafood and was in date. Fish is no good (except fish fingers).

Ian W
Get it down you, ya big girl. Nothing will Ever Beat the Burger King 6 Pack dude. The pizza is long gone I didn't do it for myself. I did it for the Supra community. Whenever you're dashing into Tesco or Morrisons and see a nearly out of date pizza on the cheap....buy it, it won't do you any harm ps Those BK 6-packs were awesome! RedM
Get it down ya. Seriously these so-called 'best before' dates are just political correctness gone mad.
