Shane
My GFs mate has a Toshiba P200 z13 laptop, its full of crap and slow as hell and I foolishly said I may be able to re-install vista and get it back to default condition so they could start again. Have done this on a couple of other pcs in past and always worked well and been easy. Found the way to access the re-install from HDD bit using this found on the Toshiba site: http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD9102IR0000R01.htm But when I do it it works to the point where it should ask me the country, tries to load some files and then gives me an error message saying, "The installed program cannot start. Click ok to turn off the computer". Would I be right in thinking that someone or something has deleted or messed with the hidden install files? If so, what's the way forward, anyone know?
