East Anglia Mini Meet 5 '05

Ladies and Gents...

 

The next E.A. mini meet will be provisionally on sunday 26th of June.

 

Place:- The usual

 

The Railway Tavern,

Norwich Rd,

Framlingham Earl,

Norwich,

NR14 7AB

Time:-

 

Arrive 12.00 - 12.30 to attempt to eat at 1.00pm

 

 

 

Alas I will not be coming to this one - I'd appreciate it if some one could take over for this one, and near the time book the table. (Ring 01508 494811) That if you want to have a meet this month ;)

Ahh fcuk it...decat pipe...well hmmm we'll see - can't make any promises cause the GF will be the priority that weekend having spent 7 days away.

93 non turbo import

 

the limiter is still on the car where in norfolk can I get this removed and what sort of costs?

 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jon,

 

You don't remove the limiter, you bolt on a box of tricks that fools it into not kicking in.

 

Its not hard to wire these in. One of the Norwich gang very recently fitted one but I don't want to volunteer him because he's rushed off his feet at the moment :)

 

Pop along to the meet and you can get all the advice you need.

I fitted mine.Cost about 70 squid from import sollutions(on web).

You dont need to be techno wiz to fit but takes couple hours all told and some electrical know how/ability.

 

Oh and i will be at the meet despite having struggled through le mans!! :stickpoke

thats great news some techno guy at work says it cost hundreds.

 

Have entered the car into this years cannonball run, so will leave the stickers on for the meet.

Would someone mind if they let me try my wheel on there car to make sure it clears a UK Brake setup please :thanks:

I've got a trolly jack and torque wrench if that helps....

Yup it went ahead. Just a few of us though.

 

Thanks to Soop Dogg & Angie for letting me try my wheel on their car to see if i can squeeze the UK brake setup on there - loads of room :)

 

Cheers to Alex for taking some money off me.
