seatbelt tags

Every seat belt tag has a year of manufacture on it that is normally the same year as the car was manufactured. It's not 100% reliable for several reasons but it can be used to identify a car advertised as being much newer than it really is.

If you want to know the year & month your Supra was made it's much better to put the frame number into the EPC and it will tell you.

how accurate is the result from the frame number?
PM me your model code (i.e. JZA-80-ALPZZ) and your frame number (i.e. JZA80-1234567) and I'll look it up in the actual EPC. It's 100% accurate as it's the information Toyota use for supplying parts.
