Ricky49
The rear axle is getting flipped. I have found a place that has them flipped already and done on a exchange basis.
Ricky49
Picked up my new VW original Tailgate today from Crazy Quiffs VW suppliers glad I managed to get hold of one of these.
Smallshinyant
I like the name "Crazy Quiffs" How badly rusted/damaged were the old panels?
Ricky49
The tailgate is peppered mate the caddy was used as a work vehicle for a gardener. The doors are rusty, front wings aren't that bad but I want to start off with the best I can so I think new panels is the quickest and less prep work and stressful way to go. Smallshinyant
Certainly will take a load off. Preping new panals, is going to make life a lot easier. I have no idea about these things, is this a meccano build, or a lot of welding to do?
Ricky49
Not sure mate but I think meccano. Looking forward to it getting going especially been hands on as well.

j_jza80
I like the name "Crazy Quiffs" They are brilliant. They do loads of discontinued parts for MK1 Golfs, such as trim parts, window rubbers etc.
