what side skirts and whats this button(new member)

hi im a new member and want to put side skirts on the supra,i want just the skirts you see on most supras.What are the best ones for quality and fitment.Also does any one know what the red button near the gearshifter(auto)with japanese writing next to it is.(96 facelift)

Skirts are a matter of opinion mate try the search thread there's a thread with lots of images, the red button when pressed and held allows you to take your auto out of park when parked with the engine off

AH the good ol red button question

 

By holding the red button in, it allows you to move the shifter up and down without have to have the ignition on........I think

Also the boot lever is situated to the right beneath the drivers seat in the same location as the petrol flap release - Apparently.

The best ones for quality and fitment will always be the original OEM full side skirt peice. But there are lots of other designs available from aftermarket companys that do fit the same way as original and line up near perfect, made from fibreglass, the OEM are made from plastic uthrene.
