CJ
I am going to give the orange beast a go down the Pod on the 18th and was wondering how rigorous they are in enforcing the helmet rule? Their site says that if you break the 100mph barrier then you have to wear one - is this correct?

Jake
They don't make you wear a helmet Col. It's up to you. You'll be crossing the line at what 120mph? I'm sure you do more than that most days on the road without a lid. You should be OK on a short straight bit of road with only one other car to hit. Unless your name's Wayne, of course:p
MONKEYmark
its strange as all other tracks make you wear them even 20 second fiestas
Jake
its strange as all other tracks make you wear them even 20 second fiestas I think most do but not all. I've never had to wear one at Santa Pod, Bruntingthorpe or Thorney Island.
tbourner
You don't have to do anything at Thorney, no noise restrictions either!
