Mike
Michael Moore does a fantastic job... still surprises me people don't question the right wing BS "news" stories they are fed... It's like if you question anything the News reports, suddenly you're some conspiracy wacko!? Yeah, I'm sure everything the Bush administration did was completely above board
Charlotte
Yeah, I'm sure everything the Bush administration did was completely above board Deffo. Especially when those voted were counted at the outset.

Gaz6002
If no-one second-guessed the media we'd have politicians who aren't elected ruling our country and armed forces fighting a war that no-one wants or needs. ... oh, wait.
SupraAyf
the American Army are quite useless.................end! errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, nope; can't agree on that one old boy. I have worked with them for many years and they ain't a bad bunch at all. If it wasn't for them then I would have been worm-food a long time ago. I think the expression you are looking for is: "Lions led by Mice";)

Guest samurai infidel
I was working at an airport last week which is also used as an american airbase to transport troops... i've NEVER seen so many kids (yes.... 95% of them looked under 21!!) in uniform going to war... perhaps they have been playing COD and believe they will respawn when shot? There was over 10000 US troops on the base i was stationed at in Iraq, most of whom were under 21, but i believe there were 8 support troops that never left the base to 1 combat soldier. ivan
So I take it that none of these civilian deaths were being used as shields by the Taliban monkeys? That's a first then.

Supralad
i watched the video about 3 or 4 months ago now i think. ill find it for you. surprised the news is going on about it again.. here it is: (dno where the video has gone though, it mite be on that link somewhere) http://wikileaks.org/ Wikileaks has obtained and decrypted this previously unreleased video footage from a US Apache helicopter in 2007. It shows Reuters journalist Namir Noor-Eldeen, driver Saeed Chmagh, and several others as the Apache shoots and kills them in a public square in Eastern Baghdad. They are apparently assumed to be insurgents. After the initial shooting, an unarmed group of adults and children in a minivan arrives on the scene and attempts to transport the wounded. They are fired upon as well. The official statement on this incident initially listed all adults as insurgents and claimed the US military did not know how the deaths ocurred. Wikileaks released this video with transcripts and a package of supporting documents on April 5th 2010. ah here is the link!

Konrad
would you still say the same thing if YOUR country and way of life was attacked in the same manner? i.e. the shoe was on the other foot...? Ask those who couldn't say a word against Taliban regime because they would get their head chopped or got shot. Maybe ask women there who was refused education, people who got punished for listening to music. How about farming almost all world supply of heroine and opium? Or maybe camps used to train new wave of brainwashed suicide bombers?

Wez
Funny you should say that, Rambo was on TV recently and I noticed how the text at the end of the film had changed, it is no longer dedicated to the Taliban
