Nic
The Supra was fitted with 2 different diffs, left is an early model 6spd TT diff (B), right is the smaller diff (A) used on ALL other Supra models, including the facelift 6spd TT. TRD sell 2 different sized LSD's to fit:- Diff A - 41301-JS402 TRD LSD Diff B - 41301-JA800 TRD LSD The TRD LSD is a straight swap, you should also fit new carrier bearings and seals. http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/2994/supravsoarerex8.jpg Edited July 26, 2010 by Nic (see edit history)

Terminator
You will not break it with that power around 610bhp I think. The smaller diff is not any weaker than the larger diff. How long the diff last depends on your driving style, treat it with mechanical sympathy and it will last for the life of the car with regular fluid changes. Shock it and it wont last very long.
