Havard
If I was at a Ninja convention then I guess it would be ok. For every day life in the UK I don't see the point. But hey, we wouldn't want to offend anyone imposing their religious beliefs on us would be?? Oh and IBTL..!! H.

hogmaw
The great thing about the UK is that it's a free country. Anybody can wear anything they want, and that includes the bhurka. If anything it's the chavs that wear stuff that ought be banned!

And surely on the reverse side the MP is within his rights to decline meetings with people dressed in such a manner, I don't see an issue here. No. The MP is there to represent the people who voted him in. He can't just pick and choose who he sees just cos he doesn't like the look of the way they dress! Would like it if he declined to see you cos he didn't like the colour of your shoes?

If anything it's the chavs that wear stuff that ought be banned! Er, in major shopping centres hoodys and caps are banned, and when our countries in a major football tournament , were not even allowed to wear our home nation football jersey, but yet you see other football shirts being paraded like it's only foreign nations allowed to support there's! It's a joke! I think the MP should get full backing! I'm British since birth and feel like an ethnic minority in my own country due to these politically correct pricks! And before anyone accuses me of being racist or any variation of the word, it's you that I'm getting at because only you that would find it racist! It's not down to race at all, just it's the fact that the English bend over backwards to cater for anyone who comes into the country, if we went to there country and tried to pull the politically correct card they'd tell you to fuck off! And so they should it's there country and if you don't like it fuck off!

hogmaw
Hit a nerve did it? Yes it did. I abhor grown men with the grammar and spelling of an 8 year old, especially those that claim to love the English and the English way of life.
