Suprash
I desperately need some bigger injectors for my drifty NA-T, but injectors confuse me a little what with never having had any dealings around this area yet. So first question, is there anyway that you can use the Jspec 440 or UK 550's on a NA fuel rail ? Or can I buy a new fuel rail (cheaper option over injectors) to make them work ? Secondly, failing that, whats my cheapest options for an injector upgrade option on a NA-T as "I canny fin' the power captain"
barneybrendan
i have uk 550's in my na rail, dont forget you need a resistor pack
dude
I would imagine we could drop the whole rail in Ash, its not a 5 min thing!!!! But if the seasons over why not turn your engine into a TT sort of, we are fitting TT pistons so why not just chuck on a TT head, that way we have decent ignition and more room under the hood, ++++ a better 'run' for the FMIC pipes, I have the upper and lower plenums and a throttle body somewhere, just need to find a head. Trust me dude its the way to go, the only thing you will be missing is the under piston squirters.

JustGav
As Dude has said, NA's are top feed, TT's are side feed, I have both rails sat here and there is no way you can simply just put TT injectors in an NA rail. Unless mk3 supra injectors, but I have no idea if they are high or low impedance. Edited July 25, 2010 by JustGav (see edit history)

JamieP
obviously my injectors are from something else then, Did you have them flow tested? how do you know they are 550's? you thinking this could be part of the problem you are having with mapping? John, this is the route I wanna take, I think its best also, sorry, I should have kept you in the loop, just been a bit busy lately, as always, but just because you dont see or hear from me, it doesnt mean Im not progressing things Im pulling my engine out this week sometime, so can get this block to you soon, I have a spare NA lump that Im going to throw in as a replacement for now, so I have something running for Suprapod, unless you think something can be cobled together before then, whilst at Pod last week on the EDC 08 track I really struggled with the reduced rev limit but as its not a competition day Im happy to run this setup again, but the season isnt quite over yet, Matt thought that as well lol, there is still Round 5 (Knockhill) and there is also the Norfolk team event the week before Suprapod but due to mates also having car troubles there isnt really a team this year and well, Im skint and cant afford the £120 entry. But I'll give you a buzz this week, when I have my engine out mate Edited July 25, 2010 by Suprash (see edit history)

Also I read somewhere on here that UK550's do fit for some strange reason, hence why I asked in my OP, however you do a resistor due to low/high impendance
