hodge
Hey Guys. Over the last couple of days I cant get onto the Itunes store. The problem the pc is coming up with is:- "ITunes could not connect to the ITunes store The network connection was terminated unexpectedly" Now ive got no problem with my internet connection at all and im a little stumped cos im a bit of a computer retard if it be known. Ive just got myself an Iphone 4 but odviously cant use it until I can get onto the ITunes store. Any help would be great. ScottC
Have you tried searching on Apple support?
caseys
It's working for me, I believe the store itself is fine, so it's either a) your network b) your iTunes install c) your firewall blocking the iTunes store I'd go for C first though as you're posting up on the forum Check it's not blocking anything to do with iTunes. Otherwise will need a bit more info to help you.

hodge
Ive just tried on my sons computer and it gives me the same issue. So am I right in thinking that its something to do with my service provider (Talk Talk) or the modem settings.

Hopefully it will clear soon enough, could ways try a modem restart, leave it unplugged for 5 mins or so to make sure you dont reconnect to the same circuit
ScottC
Did you try the discussions forum? Edit. Does this help? Only read a few posts but seemed to be similar to your problem.
hodge
I ended taking it over to bosscos house and sticking it on his pc. Worked straight away. But....... When I tried installing the update it said there was a fault with iTunes so I'll leave it a couple of days and try again.
SupraStar 3000
I get this all the time with my Ipodtouch and itunes running on a mac. Seems to be intermittent and normally works 24hr later or after a restart. I can't launch itunes with other applications open otherwise itunes just stalls and crashes.
