David P
I have fitted OEM skirts and spats, and think the front would look better with the plastic lip and spoiler colour coded. The active spoiler is a retrofit, and the plastic lip above it is the original. There is a piece of the rubber seal each side that shows between the two. Not a prob when black, but not good to paint. Is this the way they all are, or is the lip on Supra's with active spoilers slightly different and a better fit?
evinX
Make sure you use paint with Flex mixed in, becuase if you use normal stuff, it wont stick 100%, take a nock, lips do, and the paint will flake. I like yours, havnt seen it around northants though.
JamieP
I can see what you are talking about in the bottom picture David, cant say i have noticed that on any other supra before, it dont look right to me.
evinX
Oh yea, i think your lip could be to low and needs to push up a bit.
David P
Evin, I don't have cause to go to Northamptonjam very often. Jamie, That's why I was wondering if the lips were slightly different.
JamieP
Jamie, That's why I was wondering if the lips were slightly different. I dont think it is different, your active spoiler seems to come out to far, this is my old TT with stock active spoiler,
David P
Here's a closer snap. Is the reach of the spoiler adjustable then? Edited July 23, 2010 by David P (see edit history)
JamesC
I couldn't see it on my old Supra either:

David P
Thank's for the input I have had another look at mine, but not had time to do anything. It came from a Supra that died suddenly. I cant see anything misshapen, but it looks as though a tweak here and there should sort it out.
