Voicehost sip/voip solution

Anybody ever heard of or used voicehost.co.uk ?

 

They seem to offer a full hosted switchboard service using SIP and VOIP. You can buy as many phone numbers and extensions as you want and the least cost routing of the calls seems okay too.

 

Interested to know if anybody has heard of them before.

Never used them but heard of them whilst finding a business solution for us. we went with sipgate in the end

Voicehost does seem amazing value for what it is so I'm trying to find out what the catches are with the cheaper VOIP solutions.

 

THey are running the 80k compression so its not loss of clarity, they have resilient infrastructure across 2 hosting sites. THey have a reasonable client base. So they seem to offer everything we could need.

I did wonder, I thought what a small world, he must work for them or something...but then nothing and I got bored by my own thread and moved on.

 

Then my friendly mods told me I had made a mistake and popped it in the wrong section so they took great delight in moving it for me.

 

I still think they PUT it in Suprachat just so they could move it out again. Whichever way you look at it, this place is going
