Rear screen leak

Recommended Posts

A long time ago I had the rear screen removed to fix the common rust patch in the bottom corner, ever since then I get water in the boot from real heavy rain.

If I lift the boot after it has rained I can get some water seep out from under the rubber seal, should it not seal better than this?

As the screen is bonded in does the screen have to come out to get the rubber seal out, as it's only cosmetic?

How much does it cost to get a screen removed and replaced and is the seal reusable?

Cheers,

Mark.
