Carl
Went to fairford air tattoo today and it was a great show. I only had one gripe, myself and probably 1000 other people qued in line waiting to enter at 7.30. Soon as the line was moving people were jumping the line at the front. Is it just me that finds this completely unacceptable?

Purity14
Soon as the line was moving people were jumping the line at the front. Is it just me that finds this completely unacceptable? This depends: Have they left the queue to go to the toilet and then returned? I find that an acceptable reason.

Martin J
no, this is people that see the long que that the rest of us have waited patiently in and think sod that I'll push straight in at the front. I agree, this is unacceptable. But - I think the organisers should be doing something to stop things like this, then maybe some people would get the picture. When I was at Wembley for the Championship play-off final, after the game when we were all starting to queue for the tube, a long line was formed and people started to wait. As there were still loads of people coming out of the ground, the majority of them decided not to bother joining the back of the queue but to rather start a second/third/fourth queue alongside ours, then it basically all fell apart and we were just a large mass all trying to filter into the tiny entrance for the main tube queue. The police just stood by and watched this, rather than help and organise it. As a result, what should of been a 15/20min wait for me turned into a 30/45min wait
