Tricky-Ricky
Just saw a 60-odd year old man driving a 2004 orange Lambo in Dublin. Looks so wrong to me. What a waste of a car! Why don't they just stick to their E-Class' or S-Type's?! Strange as its always young pups without a clue who make those comments, you seem to think that driving fast cars is only for the young:rolleyes: I think you will find that there are quite a few "old farts" on here, and there is more than you think, that actually still race and do track days. I have just recently sold my Supra 530BHP, and you can ask those that have seen me drive if the it was wasted on me:p I sold it to a guy who is only ten years younger than me, and he regularly drives it on the autobahn's at 180 plus. One lesson you may learn as you mature, is that age is mainly a physical thing;)
CJ
Not at all, actually. Whatever about an orange FATF Supra, but not an orange Lambo. Either black or red. Huh????
NOS
I don't mind people who are 30+ in a Supra as it doesn't look wrong, but in an orange Lambo... in Dublin.... in the pouring rain..... with a 60-odd year old bald owner = laughable. NOS
I said it doesn't look wrong in a Supra as they are a car suitable for all ages in my opinion. I know a few Supra owners who are in the 40's in Ireland and there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever - they know more about Supra's than I will ever know. That's not what I have a problem with JamieP; it's when people close to 70 years of age are driving around Dublin (of all places) in a candy orange Lambo, it just looks silly. (I am in my mid twenties).

Chewie
Maybe he's a tame racing driver. Some say that he looks very old for age. And some say that he like's serving the a*ses of boy racers back to them on silver platters. But we prefer to call him ... THE OLD PHARTT!
Havard
Maybe these cars should come with maximum age limits?? H.

pistonbroke
I'm finding it more and more difficult to take you seriously NOS. My dad is nearing 60, and he'd be quite offended by your post. And for the record, he drives a 350z, and has just ordered one of these. These 'old farts' as you class them, with their years of experience which you are yet to gain, will more than likely run rings around you on a track. You're naive to give it the 'charlie big potatoes' on here, in the real world, my money will be on the 60 year old all day long.
