nickyboy
Hi, Quick question on imports as thinking of buying one... if you don't have a service book (or do have a jap one), what do you get stamped when you have it serviced? I've seen the links to mkiv.com for the maintenance schedule, but is there anything simpler that just has Aservice - oil change - Aservice - oil change - Bservice - you get the picture????????? Paul
Stamps mean bugger all really, much better to keep the paperwork for any servicing or parts you have. I wouldn't take stamps in a book to mean anything as they can be forged easily unlike proper printed invoices that are harder to do. Paul
Guest Sakura
You see blank service books for almost every vehicle on sale on Ebay all the time. You always need to make further checks. As Paul said, a stamped book means nothing any more.
