Matt H
A quick question for the phone experts. My contract with Orange is the 24month - £45 tarrif. How long do I have to wait from the commencement of the contract before I can reduce the monthly tarrif? I've been told both 12 months and 9 months. Does anyone know for sure? Cheers, Matt
AndrewOW
I'm sure the very nice people at Orange would be able to tell you that.

martini
Don't click this if you're sensitive to criticism. I could also tell you the answer at SupraPod this year; I hear there will be oranges.
Matt H
Orange said 12 months, but I've heard that you can do it at 9 months, but they don't make it obvious. That's why I've asked here, see if anyone's in the know, or has done it themselves.
aman00123
I know O2 do it at 9 months but always thought Orange were 12 months, worth either googling it or trying their cust services a few times, speak to a few different people just to make sure.
