Josh
I've been bought a driving experience with Everyman Racing which I'm doing on 4th September. I'm driving 4 cars. Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Lamborghini Gallardo. Porsche 997 gt3 (possibly RS but not overly sure) Either a Ferrari 360 or 575. I'm swaying towards the 360 but just wanted to get your opinions first. I don't have to choose until the day but would like to get some idea of which would be best and reasons behind your choice. Thanks Josh
Lbm
I did a 360 Experience thing at Thruxton about 10 years ago - Acceleration wise, I was underwhelmed, but as a learning experience, it was a magnificent day. Personally, with your above selection, I wouldn't pick the 360. Although yours may be the F360 Challenge Stradale version of course.
Josh
Well the most powerful car I've driven is my Golf mk5 1.9 tdi (remapped to about 150bhp though ) and so I'm sure I'll be impressed. I believe it's just the standard 360 but I'm not entirely sure.
j_jza80
I'd go with the 575, as any skills you pick up on the day will probably be more relevant. Although it is a very different beast to a Supra, they do share a nose heavy Front engine, rear wheel drive setup. They sound fantastic too. Abz
They won't let you really push these cars to the limit & considering your experience I am sure you wouldn't want to! In that case I'd take the safest option which would be the gallardo. Sound amazing out of the lot, and quite easy to drive, plus you sound like a youngun so you can brag to your mates

Lbm
When I had my experience; I had more fun in the Scoobie twin turbo than the F355... Doh...you've just reminded me. Mine was in an F355, not a 360. It was still unremarkable, power wise though.

Did you find the gear shifting a nightmare too? Nothing like the twin turbo experience in the Subaru though - that felt so fast. The F355 felt more like my NA
Abz
I think the OP means he gets to drive all four, but gets a choice of which Ferrari he wants to play in Oops I've not driven a 575 but have driven a Ferrari 360 which was pretty good, the 575 will be more touring like, bit like the Supra but the 360 does sound brilliant when you give it some beans. The F355 felt more like my NA Because I was in a sleep induced coma at the time of acceleration, I don't actually remember how good or bad the gear shifting was It's a worry now, as I've tried to remember. I guess it was ok

Matt H
I drove a Lambo, Aston and Ferrari 360 on mine. You weren't allowed to nail the cars and it was quite short, but just driving them was thrilling. My fav out of the bunch was the Lambo. I've always loved them and getting behind the wheel of one was the highlight for me, so I'd ensure that was on my short list.
Josh
I think the 360 is what I'm going to choose. The 575 does seem more of a GT car whereas the 360 seems more of a racer. I'm sure I'll make up my mind properly on the day when I see/hear them and I'll let you all know
