SupraDan24 Posted July 13, 2010 Share Posted July 13, 2010 Virgins service is officially shocking !! Anyone else have problems with Virgin BroadBand?? I had the 20Meg package over a year ago with them and had no end of problems so cancelled it, but was finally convinced by a friend of mine to go back to them as their service was supposed to have improved...supposed being the operative word here. I've had the 10 meg package at my new house for just over a month now, first couple of weeks it was brilliant, this week......shocking !! I've had a steady 1-2 meg's for the last 3 days. Surfing the net is a chore and as for Xbox live you can forget about it. I've been on the phone to them about 8 times in the last 48hrs and they keep telling me there's nothing wrong with the connection which is b*llocks as everything internet related in my house is suffering, not just one thing. Anyway, they're going to give me a call back in an hour apparently (they've told me this 3 times now btw and not called me back once !!). They rang me back in the end and told me they couldnt do anything until tomorrow so they're going to give me a ring tomorrow.
