Nic
Stock Tyres Sizes Front 16/50/225 Rear 16/50/245 Front 17/45/235 Rear 17/40/255 What size wheels do you have fitted?
Dnk
What size wheels are they fitted to ? are they nankang shoo shangs or a decent make and are they at the correct pressure's.
Terminator
I would say they are over sized for the power due to increased rolling resistance. Dry grip should be fine but be very careful in the wet. You would have a job to push the N/A to out perform stock size tires of a good make.
kazama76
No they're not standard wheels, they're 18" volk alloys (challenge Fzero) with Kumho tyres. stock jspec brakes and suspension. wheels are getting ready for refurb and paint. just wondered whether to change the rubber while it was off. plenty of tread. but tread no good without quality or size. kazama76
Is it even possible to lose the backend of a NA lmao i just found a table with wheel sizes and recommended tyre size to fit although the front dont look stretched, it reckons for a 10" wheel, 255 is min req guess ill change the front. rears are 11" min req 275. so im ok with that (for now)
Dnk
Your front tyres are too narrow and should be a minimum 255 to a max of 285 The rears should be minimum 275 to max

Nic
front are 10" and rears 11" Are you sure these sizes are correct? I ask because I *think* the maximum width the Volk Racing F-Zero wheels was 18x10. Also on the pic you posted it doesn't look like a 10" wheel and 235 tyre.
