It will be dependant upon a number of things such as the boiling temperature of the brake fluid, and the pad material.

Going from memory if you're running temps regularly over 200 degs C on the caliper, then you'll probably be needing to re-furbish the seals more regularly.

The biggest difference you'll want to see front to back is about 25 degs C.

Got a couple of weights too.

 

Stock front discs (used) were 9.0kg

AP Discs & bells (new) were 9.0kg

 

Stock calipers & used pads were 7.2kg

AP calipers/pads/brackets/bolts were 5.2kg

 

So no savings on the discs & 2.0kg savings on the calipers (total 4.0kg on the front)
