Neil-NA
Dont know if it matters but most go for the 2nd as its easier to do. Go for 2.5" if you want it a bit quieter.

Neil-NA
I got an ever so slight increase in noise around 3krpm. Power wise i dont know if you gain anything, arse dyno says 'yes' but in reality its probably not made much if any more. Just get the 2nd 2.5" and see how you get on, don't know what your exhaust sounds like, mine is a Nur Spec R which is apparently loud but i don't think it offensive. If you crave a bit more power and noise then go for a manifold, MVP claim 17 extra RWHP over stock with their mani and full system.
