Guest rhd_2jz
Whats the best way to go about pressing the diff ear bushings? I was a little skeptical about just pushing on the steel insert but if thats how its done ill give it a whirl... just checking to see if anyone has had experiences with this. Also removing the front sub frame bushings. any input would be great thanks in advance!!
dude
Ive always found a bit of heat to be your friend here, any rubber bush if you play a torch on the housing will go greasy and virtually fall out, likewise if you have a metal bodied bush and heat the rubber inside that will push out leaving the sleeve which you can then cut a slot in and push out easily. Chris Wilson
I concur with Dude. Smoky and smelly, but does the job. (Welding torch, not John.... )
