This was news to me but he quoted a bit of the MOT bible and it sounded what he was saying was right. I will try and find the thread. -Welsh-Stealth- Posted July 9, 2010 Share Posted July 9, 2010 i was at a garage few months back askin as im going full decat on my NA. and they emissions guy said that anything made before jan 93 didn't need to pass emissions and somewhere in 95 back to 93 didn't have to have cats but still had to pass emissions....except the emissions rating was very very very low! almost non-existant as far as i can remember...if you know a friend who knows a friend i think that would be your best bet Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
