Gaz Walker
Not really being helpful here, but my Goodyear F1's (rear) only cost £110 and the fronts £100 (or maybe a bit less). Toyos are cheaper again. I'd say your paying about £100 more than you should... Gaz.

Ibrar, as soon as you work something out, can you send me a Pm please.. cheers Also Ibrar as I said, not fussed about tyre branding and all that...just a good 'wet' tyre is fine... Steve Cargill
Dom, try these people - I've used my local one for years and they are the cheapest I've found for tyres. A set of standard 17's F1-DSG3s are about 450 all in. http://www.merityre.co.uk/find_a_centre.htm
SMW
I've had the Toyo Proxies on my car for about 11k miles, still a fair bit of tread on the rears although front's will need replacing very soon. Going by some of the figures quoted on here they've lasted quite well.

SMW
Is your Supra front wheel drive or summat?! Gaz...........maybe it's a special edition or somethingD Seriously I'm pleased with how long the Toyo's have lasted. To be honest it's only wear on the outside edges of the front's that making me think of replacing them and I guess that's down to tracking/alignment? Steve W
.....and I guess that's down to tracking/alignment? OR, piling it into bends at extremely high speeds with lots of braking that transfers all the weight to the front-end......... BUT, nobody does that..... ? ? ------------------------- DOM, the STD fronts are 235/45's are you getting 40's for a reason or do they only do that size in the Toyo's ? ? FatS. FatS. [/b] Steve, not sure to be honest...It could of been 45's... I just checked the TOYO website and they do both in 235's. 40 and 45. Check the Pm I sent you.. from that I will let you know Monday what I got(am getting). As a thought, anyone knows what the advantage or disadvantages of having 40series instead 45 on the fronts with 17's are? http://www.toyo.co.uk/pages/t1-s.html I tried to insert the Toyo link, hope it comes through for you have a look... Steve W
40's will obviously be lower ride-height and also stiffer (a bit!) = nearer to speed humps (only a bit!) I would think slightly sharper steering ? 235 x .45 = 105.75mm 235 x .40 = 94mm so, ~11mm lower wall height (~1/2") ? ? = everythings dropped ~1/2" GOOD ? BAD ? Steve.
