Guest Gcampbell0612
Help, well here goes ,ill try to explain my problem,my supra na 1995,was running perfect the other day then i washed the car and quickly over the engine bay, when i went to start the car around 3 hours later it was running i think on 5 cylinders ,when you push the throttle down there was lack of power and still the scooby noise,i let the car sit a couple days and still the same but not as worse if you put the throttle down to say a quarter the way down when on the move it seems to run on five cylinders until the throttle catches up then its fine but also a smell of fuel in the car until you push the throttle down again, when idiling it sounds like its running on five cylinders, have i got water in somwhere i shouldnt or have i a sticky injector, hope this makes sense to someone thanks
pezzler
N/A's are notorious for this problem. I had it with my old car, it would seem that you have got a bit of wet water down on your spark plugs. Try to get in there and mop it up, then take the plugs out one by one and give em a clean up/dry off. Good luck, the spark plugs are a PITA to get to on a N/A Edited July 3, 2010 by pezzler (see edit history)
