Guest amy-v17
:| old people really should be made to retake a test or something lol. Having said that the other day one of my mates gf's drove into the back of his brand new (he literally picked it up from the garage like 2 days before) Focus RS by accidently hitting the accelerator instead of the brake in her car so maybe it's a female thing. (Im not counting myself in this bad female driver category )

Attero
I knew I would see this posted up. You tend to get a lot of people driving into walls in car parks, especially not on ground floor.
Josh
What a fool! I've done it once but only in a 1.2 clio so it didn't manage to go far before I hit the brakes.
Havard
Disappointing response to this thread. What happened to some decent "woman driver" bashing eh? H.
Rob
Ah no, that must be a fault with Mercedes, they should recall all of them and fit a small widgit to the brake pedal pivots...or something.

Stonkin
This happened to me last night Was flying across a field with the girlfriend at her place in a quadbike type thing with a dumper on the back. Dropping some red diesel off to her Dad as he was bailing hay. We approached the gate to the field he was in and i was starting to think she was going a bit quick and was planning on pulling some kind of late braking stunt! As i had 2 bottles of beer and a bag of fish n chips in my lap for him i could not hold onto the roll cage bar for support. So, instead i placed my left foot firmly on what i thought was part of the lower dash to brace myself. We got closer and closer to the metal gate and let alone was she not slowing down but blimin speeding up! I think i actually let out a little scream as i prepared to go flying over the front of the buggy and head first over the gate She looked at me and screamed to and then i realised she was pumping the brake pedal hard and then shouted at me "GET YOUR FOOT OFF THE F'KIN ACCELERATOR!!" AAHHHHHHHH!!! SMASH!! Straight through the metal gate, ripped the thing off its hinges and bent it in half. Managed to keep hold of the beer and chips and pretty much fell out the buggy with laughter
