SupraDan24
I've been put off two Supra's over the last week purely because of the attitude of the people selling them. The first one was one on Ebay last week being sold by a woman who is seemingly at "that time of month" permanently. She was little to no help at all with any info on the car, was constantly trying to tell me her car was worth more than it was, and telling me my car was worth half the value they're selling for right now. She wouldnt listen to reason so i told her i was no longer interested. She then sent me a message back saying i was "wasting her time"....i could have slapped her lol. Then today, i'm messaging a guy about another Supra on PH and all i get back is 3 word answers and a blatent disregard for answering my Q's . It makes you wonder what are going through the minds of people like that, or if they even want to sell their cars! Anyone else come across these people? Rant over, cup of tea time !! I know it wasnt you as you *reasons undisclosed* lol. I'm pretty sure they're not members....well if they are then i definately won't be buying them after they read the above lol. I'm offshore at the minute, the lines are crap and my hearings rubbish so I prefer to do it by email then go view the car in person.

I was emailing them not texting, i'm offshore so its easier just to send a quick email inbetween work then check for responses later. If i was home i'd just call them. jagman
Most buyers of the Supra are young, and thus need instructions to operate a screwdriver, this leads to a huge amount of anxiety when buying something without a warranty or means of blame. They also live on computers and have the ability to e- mail you to the point of suicide with bizzare questions . Despite a complete lack of any motoring knowledge they are master car valuators and can without seeing a car actually value it , with enough e-mails sent. Hence the 3 word response from sellers I suspect. The average house sells with a total viewing time of 30 mins,a car however somehow requires a lot more time and effort , much Reading of forums , price guides, magazines , etc ......
