I received the first one and then it took several months of phone calls and mildly abusive e-mails to get the freebie one. At one point a very polite Indian sounding chap called Wayne, or Steve, or Alan, told me if I bought another SD card for £9.99 and when I received it, phoned them up again they would refund me the cash, and then I'd have my two cards for £9.99. "So you're saying if I buy something off your website, receive it then phone up and say 'Wayne told me I could have this for free' then Play.com will just refund me?"
