What Second Car?

Recommended Posts

With the supra being continously fiddled with and also due to the winter weather of last year (first time i got stuck in the snow in the supra), i'm going to get a decent run about in the next few months. I want it to be 4wd, pretty quick and comfortable to be in. Budget is £4-5k.

I think I'm leaning towards a 2001 VW Golf V6 4Motion (01 for tax). Any other suggestions?

I was looking at A4s as well, would love an impreza (evo more) but don't think I could justify the upkeep costs and i'd be worried about it breaking :D Just can't think of anything 4wd besides the Golf / Audis that would be within budget as well as being "decent"

Yeah. The Frontera was the Isuzu Trooper rebadged by GM. Nice kit. But had electrical problems (relays not working etc...)

How about a nice little GT4? I'm seriously tempted myself. Great runaround.. and has two useable seats in back!
