Slight vibration at front wheel when car is cold!

As the thread title, when driving between 40 - 50 mph whilst the engine warms up in the morning, I've noticed a slight vibration from the drivers side front wheel. It feels a little like a balancing weight has dropped off.

Strange thing is, after 2-3 miles, the vibration disappears and doesn't re-appear during the rest of the day, even if the car sits all day at work from 9-5. Never had it on the run home from work!

I've jacked it up and spun the wheel, no obvious grinding or rumbling of bearings. Any thoughts anyone?
