Andy-No-Knee
But you would let personal feelings get in the way of opinion. Just cos he told you to stop trading or pay up so you left. Fine, you would never do it. As for cowboy..... well you would say that wouldnt you. Still, I know who I would and do get to work on my Soarer and Craig, it aint you. If it was a chinnok or Merlin then it another matter...

ruishy1
ah, the plot thickens ! lol ive spoke to a few mechanics about it, they havnt heard of it being done either, but that doesnt mean its wrong. 2 rb25det skylines with 90w gear oil and diesel at a 70/30 rationa and one 2.0 mondeo, both skylines are running sweet as nuts, the mondeo is still going but its done 150k so not much of a change on that one ! Neil-NA
Anyone thought of speaking to Opie Oils about this? Surely they know all about it and any dangers etc.
stevie_b
When you say short time, are we talking minutes, hours or a few days?? About 500 miles worth. I would be wary of doing this in a turbo'd car but here's the idea: http://forums.mg-rover.org/archive/index.php/t-275979.html
