steady_dave
Right I know there have been a million and one threads about a new model Supra coming out, and then the idea died off, but looks like Toyota are bringing the idea back to life: http://www.topspeed.com/cars/car-news/toyota-to-launch-new-supra-and-mr2-ar92463.html
Attero
Probably just a rumour. For anyone who says "old news", it's been posted up today. If it's true at all, I hope it looks like this: http://www.supracarparts.com/images/2005_supra.jpg But with a better front-view.
Gaz6002
That article is just a (badly) re-written version of the Autocar one here. I wouldn't take it as writ TBH.
steady_dave
That article is just a (badly) re-written version of the Autocar one here. I wouldn't take it as writ TBH. Topspeed just finds news and gives it to you so can see why they would have copied out of Autocar's but the fact is that 2 motoring websites have posted it up as possible news. Can't ignore that. As I say not saying it's coming, but looking more likely than before. I also hope it looks nothing like that white monstrosity in the article. Thenagain the LF-A looked ugly from the first prototype then ended up being gorgeous!
SupraHuman
Hybrid, no thanks. 2JZ-GTE yes please. They should slap a big V8 or V10 in the new Supra, like Audi and Bmw has done to their sports models.

I wouldn't mind seeing a direct injection, twin turbo straight six with a dual clutch gearbox and adaptive suspension. Yum.
Lude
wont be a straight 6 as they dont pass the emissions out there, thats why Nissan changed the RB26
