Copying Cd's

Recommended Posts

I'm in the process of copying my original cd's so I don't leave them all in the car. Done the first one using Windows Media Player and copied at the slowest rate possible and it won't play in my car cd player.

The cd's are imation cd-rw's.

What am I doing wrong, I thought as long as you copy them slowly then it will work ok. Otherwise should I try different software ?

Cheers, Rob.

Erm...try using a CDR.

Lots of CD players won't play CDRW's. It's to do with how they write the table of contents on the disc. It's different on a CDRW.

Hope this works!

Yeah i agree. It's something about it not being finalized properly. Saying that, i can get cdrw to work on my Kenwood.
