SBDJ
Any tips on removing this gratefully received. Tried to use the two threaded bolt holes through my pulley puller with a variety of bolts but the pulley doesn't budge in the slightest. Eventually the bolts get stripped. Is there enough room behind to get a nut on for extra grip? Tried a hub puller too; this resulted in the pulley cracking. Tried brute force, bashing and prying whilst applying heat. No movement. Tomorrow it might be time to break out the cutting tools...

SBDJ
It's not my first one either - but it's the first one I've not been able to budge in the slightest It's probably seen more use than the average Supra pulley too...
SBDJ
Been out again this morning and pushed her to the garage opposite. Still no go loading up then shocking the pulley. Pulley puller has stripped the thread on the crank pulley bolt holes used to pull it. A three point hub puller has now pulled the outer ring off the rear pulley disc. Hub puller onto inner disc resulted in it fracturing in many places and is now only being held together by the rubber inside it. The garage have only two more ideas; (a) weld bolts for pulley puller into damper or (b) cut it off. Unfortunately they don't have the time until Thursday for either option
SBDJ
No suggestions from anyone then? I retapped the bolt holes in the pulley with for M10 and reused the pulley puller. Winding in whilst regularly applying heat and bashing (the pulley, not the puller!) with a hammer resulted in bending the big bolt in the centre of the puller. Eventually the M10 thread in the pulley gave way Going to tow it somewhere where I can get at it with the angle grinder later as I can't see any other option... SBDJ
Talking to myself, but all sorted with a bit of drilling and tapping to make some new holes in the pulley
