Supragoose
anyone under 25 will struggle to get insurance for a supra, thats a given...however there are ways around it...you could just let your dad keep paying his insurance and get you on his policy ,yes it will pump his premium up a bit but not anywhere near 3000.00...then u just pay your old man the insurance costs....sorted
safcdixon
goose, i had thought off doing that but i have a mate that got caught doing this on his scooby and he got 6 points and a fine basiclly for fraud its a last resort but if it saves me two grand it could be an option, i think me dad only pays 350 per year, joey barton is a good player though mate hes just a nob thas all if he werent a nob he would be a england regular
safcdixon
Is there any performence specialists that would be recommened to try?
Guest SupraTroopa
It could be down to your area; Im 22 and pay just under £900 fully comp with 2 years no claims on my jspec TT6. Oh and that's with admiral.
Attero
Your area is definitely to blame for your high premiums. I'm 20 with 2yrs NCB and I'm paying £1500.
caseys
Is there any performence specialists that would be recommened to try? It is probably your area tbh. Try giving Sky a call, or A-Plan (try the Thatcham branch)
Safely Insured
Is there any performence specialists that would be recommened to try? Sky Insurance are the Mkiv Supra club's official insurers.

I'm £730 fully comp now at 22 with 1 years NCB, 3 points (CU30) and one claim. As above try sky! I'm sure I remember reading that they don't insure until you are 23? That may have changed since the start of the thread by the member skyinsurance though.
