Seb
Why, why, why can't I find a free player/software that will, quite simply, allow me to insert a DVD into my DVD drive and play it, without requiring me to do anything to my resolution or fiddle with anything? Tried looking on Cnet and downloading a few free, all media players, but they all use Windows Media player to play the disc, and for some reason my Media plyer doesn't want to play any DVDs right now! It keeps wanting me to change my resolution and reduce the number of colours or something. If no-one has any suggestions, I'll just download that really well known player (I've forgotten the name) and get a crack for it. Cheers anyway
Kopite
Real player plays them too mate. Some comps have Win DVD on them too, might have to search for it though!
Seb
Ah nuts to that, it's cracking time! By which I mean, the use of a fully registered piece of software. Thanks anyway!
carl0s
I have the nVidia DVD Decoder and also the ATI DVD Decoder. Do you have either of these graphics chips?

Seb
Got real player, but it's playing up with a couple of DVDs I have. Should really use my home cinema, but it's just a couple of car ones off mags.
